About Us

GLSEN New Mexico is a chapter of GLSEN, a national organization fighting for every student’s right to a safe, supportive education. The New Mexico chapter began in 2013 and we have been working to create safer schools for all students and educators across New Mexico since then.

GLSEN New Mexico is a grassroots initiative, working locally in our community to ensure safe schools for all students, regardless of sexual orientation and gender identity. There are 43 Chapters around the country doing this important work. Join us today!

Explore our website or follow us on instagram, facebook, or twitter  to find out more about our work here in New Mexico and to learn about how you can get involved in local and national events.
