Local School Climate Surveys

While GLSEN provides a Local School Climate Survey tool with survey template and sample questions, unless the survey clearly indicates that it is administered by a local GLSEN Chapter, surveys are administered by survey creators unaffiliated with GLSEN. Survey creators may have the ability to create and include their own questions in the surveys they create using the Local School Climate Survey tool. GLSEN hosts the Local School Climate Survey tool on our website and responses collected through our tool are also hosted on our website. Responses to a given survey are only available via the password protected account of the individual survey creator. If someone has a question about the survey they are taking, they should contact the survey creator directly. GLSEN is not responsible for the content of any surveys created by entities unaffiliated with GLSEN through the Local School Climate Survey tool or the responses to such surveys. GLSEN has no control over the conduct of the surveys created by entities unaffiliated with GLSEN or such survey creator’s use of the results obtained from such surveys. GLSEN disclaims all liability associated with non-GLSEN entities’ use of the Local School Climate Survey and the conduct of individual survey creators unaffiliated with GLSEN who may create and conduct surveys and obtain survey results using the Local School Climate Survey tool.

GLSEN DISCLAIMS (i) ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT; AND (ii) ANY RESPONSIBILITY OR LIABILITY FOR THE ACCURACY, CONTENT, COMPLETENESS, OR LEGALITY OF INFORMATION AVAILABLE IN THE SURVEY, SURVEY RESULTS, OR ON THE GLSEN WEBSITE OR THROUGH THE GLSEN SERVICES. YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT USE OF THE SURVEY AND ANY SURVEY RESULTS IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.
