The NM TQA (Trans, Queer, Ally) Pride: Youth + Educator LGBTQ+ Summit focuses on supporting trans and queer youth and the adults who work with them. TQA Pride is unique in how it brings youth and adults together in the same space to create a space of empowerment to learn with and from each other. This summit is geared towards young people ages 12-24, family members, parents, educators, social workers, counselors, school administrators, health service providers and more.
TQA Pride Summit 2023 is hosted by GLSEN New Mexico. GLSEN NM is a queer and trans affirming non-profit dedicated to providing support and resources for our school communities.GLSEN is the champion of LGBTQ+ issues in K-12 education, eliminating anti-LGBTQ+ bias and violence in schools today and laying the foundation of respect for all in the future.
